Day trips from Cluj

As a local and mountain guide I can take you on a day trip to any of the places or trails described on this site, and not only. In fact, we can have a talk and agree on a customized trip which may also include a traditional meal or other arrangements.

I can pick you up at your accomodation. For now I have room for a maximum of 4 guests in my car.

Clear waters and beautiful mountain scenery

Cluj lies on the banks of the Somes river, Somesul Mic or Little Somes to be more precise (I'll tell you about its big brother, the Big Somes, on our trip). But where does it come from, where are its headwaters? I'll take you on an adventurous day trip to the Western Carpathian mountains, kayaking on a beautiful lake and hiking above it for some spectacular views.
